1. Purpose of Service
INDIRED S.A.S. provides specialized services in hydrological and hydraulic consulting, plumbing network design, fire protection networks, computational modeling, and site support for architectural and civil engineering projects. The execution of each project will be subject to a technical and economic commercial proposal previously approved by the client.
2. Intellectual Property and Engineering
All blueprints, calculation reports, computational models (including HEC-RAS, SWMM files, among others), technical reports, and methodologies developed by INDIRED S.A.S. are the exclusive intellectual property of our firm. The client acquires a license to use these documents exclusively for the construction and operation of the contracted project. The reproduction or reuse of these designs in other properties or projects without written authorization from INDIRED S.A.S. is strictly prohibited.
3. Scope and Limitation of Liability
Our designs are carried out in strict compliance with the current national and international technical regulations applicable at the time of delivery. However, INDIRED S.A.S. is not responsible for failures, damages, or losses derived from unauthorized modifications on site, the use of materials of inferior quality to those specified in the plans, or the omission in the preventive maintenance of the installed networks.
4. Procedures and Urban Authorities
When the contracted service includes support in filing and approval before urban authorities or public utility companies (water, sewage, gas), INDIRED S.A.S. commits to performing the pertinent technical management. However, response times and additional requirements formulated by said government or private entities are beyond the control of our firm.
5. Modifications and Applicable Law
INDIRED S.A.S. reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our operating practices or legal regulations. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
