Civil Engineer, specialist in Water Resources and the Environment, with over 20 years of experience leading and developing hydraulic and hydrological engineering projects. His career spans the design and coordination of water supply, sewerage, gas, and fire protection systems, as well as studies related to hydrology and water resource management, working on projects of different scales and sectors.
He holds complementary training in digital leadership and negotiation, and maintains ongoing professional development, incorporating new knowledge and tools to meet the challenges of engineering.
As a leader, he is defined by his dedication, generosity, and commitment to people and society.
